Family in the kitchen of a newly built home
Wholesale supply for residential builders

The home you deliver.
The water they deserve.

Whole home water treatment, installed by our own crew and invoiced at the closing of each unit. It goes on your options list at the price you set.

Water is the one part of the house a family uses every single day. It is also the one nobody puts on the plan.

What lands on your desk

Hard water is in 85% of American homes. And it shows up on your walkthrough.

At handover everything looks perfect. With untreated water coming into the house, the marks start showing in the weeks after, on the fixtures and the glass you selected.

The buyer calls you. A new homeowner calls whoever built the house. Treating the water at the service entry settles these reasons before any of them becomes a service trip.

Why we build this

The home is delivered.
The experience goes on every day.

Every project carries the standard, the care and the name of whoever built it. My Pure Filter brings that same level of excellence to something present in the new owner's entire routine: the water.

From the first shower to the morning coffee, every detail feeds the perception of quality in that home. That is why we develop water treatment designed to fold quality, technology and wellbeing into the experience of living there.

Because great builders do not just deliver houses. They deliver a standard that goes on being noticed every single day.

How it works

Two systems. One connection. One crew.

The first treats the water at the service entry and serves every fixture in the house. The second sits in the kitchen and handles what the family drinks and cooks with.

Whole home water treatment system, four stage configuration
System 01 / point of entry

Whole Home, four stage

One connection at the incoming line serves every fixture in the house. The valve runs its own regeneration on a schedule. The only thing the homeowner ever does is add salt.

  • KDF 55 copper zinc alloy. Reduces chlorine, and improves taste and odor.
  • Catalytic carbon. Reduces chloramine, hydrogen sulfide and volatile organic compounds.
  • Ion exchange resin. Reduces hardness by controlling calcium and magnesium.
  • Gravel base and brine tank. The system uses salt, with periodic refill by the homeowner.
  • Clack WS1 digital valve. LCD display, downflow regeneration with salt refill at the end of the cycle.
System 02 / point of use

Reverse Osmosis, ten stage

This is the one the buyer tastes. Its own faucet at the kitchen sink, for drinking and cooking, and it is what makes the option sell itself in the model home.

  • 50 GPD membrane. Four gallon storage tank, nominal.
  • Ten stages. Sediment, coconut shell carbon, membrane, alkaline remineralization and post carbon.
  • Reduces up to 99.99%. Of lead, chlorine, PFAS, fluoride, sediment and total dissolved solids.
  • Dedicated faucet, included. Silver or black finish, or the dual faucet. For a different finish package, ask us and we advise on the match. Leak detection valve on every unit.
  • Annual service. Cartridge and membrane replacement once a year, not every six months.

What changes on your side

Picture the next phase, one year in.

The three moments where the difference shows up inside your operation.

01

A walkthrough that runs clean

You arrive at the eleven month visit and the shower glass looks the way it did on handover day. The appointment closes in fifteen minutes.

02

An option that closes itself

In the design center your buyer fills a glass at the kitchen tap and tastes the difference. The tap does the selling, in ten seconds, with the sales consultant you already have.

03

Margin that arrives without a project

Every home that takes the option adds the spread between your cost and the price you set. Your team keeps the same routine and the equipment stays ours until the day we install it.

How the program works

You pay when the home closes.

We supply the system and we install it. You name the date, and we invoice at the closing of each unit.

Full Home system, whole home plus reverse osmosis
Comparable market price, installed$6,000 – $8,000
Direct to builder$2,990
  • Both systems, point of entry and kitchen
  • Installed by our own crew, on your date
  • Ten year warranty on the product and control valve
  • Invoiced per home as it closes, nothing in advance
Filtered water poured at the kitchen tap of a new home

Terms above ten systems are quoted on request.

The option price is yours to set. Your cost is $2,990 per system. What the home buyer pays for the upgrade, and how it is presented in the design center, is entirely your decision.

Account and resale certificate

We open the builder account and the order comes through exempt from sales tax with your resale certificate. Everything your vendor onboarding needs is ready the same day you ask.

The program starts at ten homes

$2,990 per Full Home system, installed. The program is built around ten homes, and you are invoiced per home as each one closes, not in advance. Larger volumes carry their own terms.

Installed on your date

Our crew sets the system at the service entry and the tap in the kitchen, on the date you name, scheduled against your build calendar. Equipment leaves our warehouse against a firm order.

Handed over ready to use

The system is already running when the buyer walks through the door. Registration and the annual service schedule travel with the home, so the coverage starts active.

Warranty

The warranty sits with you, where your other trades sit.

Coverage is issued in the builder's name, the same way it works with your other trade partners. You pass it on to the home buyer inside your own warranty program, exactly as you already do with the rest of the house.

10 YEARS

Product and control valve

Mechanical components and the control valve, with the mineral tank carrying ten years of factory warranty from a US manufacturer.

1 YEAR

RO membrane and cartridges

Consumable elements of the reverse osmosis system, replaced on the annual service.

CONDITION

Annual service keeps it active

The annual service keeps the coverage in force, and it is a service you can sell on to the home buyer as a maintenance plan.

The warranty document is reviewed with your counsel before the first purchase order, not attached to an invoice afterward.

Next step

The water they deserve, in every home you deliver.

We supply the system, install it within your build schedule, and get paid at the closing of each unit. One call settles region, price and date.

If the fit is wrong for your operation, we say so on that same call.
